A Sacral dance is a guide to the spiritual world; a prayer, expressed by the body language; a contemplative dynamic meditation.

This is a chance to get in touch with the Divine flow that is the source of live power, inspiration and love.

It doesn’t matter whether you have any choreographic experience or not – Sacral Dances have a simple form, thus you don’t need to have any special training.
